Q1 HVPI Partnership Meeting:

Description:  Indy VA Palliative Care Coordinator Liz Davis will provide education on resources for Veterans and families at end of life including: home care/respite/nursing home resources, burial/survivor benefits, gun locks/safety planning, Homeless resources, pest control and military family relief fund.

Description: We Honor Veteran coordinators and team members are encouraged to come together virtually to discuss questions and ideas regarding updates to the WHV program.
